Get to know our principles

European standards

We are committed to making research careers in Europe more attractive and sustainable. In pursuit of this goal, we proudly adhere to the principles outlined in the 'Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers', recommended by the European Commission, together with the guidelines set out in the 'European Charter for Researchers'. This is also where the ‘HR Excellence in Research Award’ certification came from and our commitment to the development of the HRS4R (Human Resources Strategy for Researchers) project.

At CCMAR we follow a policy of non-discrimination and equal access opportunities.

All candidates are considered solely on the basis of their merit.
