Abstract submission instructions 

Each scientist may submit a maximum of three abstracts (maximum of two oral presentations and/or three poster presentations).

Abstracts should be submitted using the following format: 

• Title: In bold and capital letters. 
• Font type and size: Arial 14.
• Abstracts should be in English, with a maximum of 2000 characters (including spaces) or 300 words in text (excluding title, authors and affiliations). 

• All  abstract elements must fit in a single page with the indicated formatting and font size.

   

• Authors’ names and surnames, in order of authorship, separated by commas. 
• If they belong to different institutions, after the surnames, a superscript number should be included referring to the corresponding institution of each author. The first author or, in such a case, the presenting author should be underlined. Authors’ names should be in bold. Font type and size: Arial 12 
  • (For example: Johnny Bravo¹ & Kim Possible²).
• Authors’ institutions should include the postal address and the email address of the corresponding author. Font type and size: Arial 10.

Instructions for Posters

Posters should be presented in English with the A0 dimension (1189 mm x 841 mm; height x width).

Oral Presentations

Oral presentations should be presented in English and have a duration of 15 minutes (regular communications - 10' presentation + 5' questions). 

Oral presentations will be performed in person.
