Registration of Project and Individual Applications

To improve internal monitoring and reporting, CCMAR is implementing a structured system for registering project proposals and individual applications (fellowships and research contracts).

This will help us track:

Submissions and resubmissions
Success rates
Institutional engagement in funding schemes

Important Guidelines

Project proposals

Pre-approval from the CCMAR Direction is required, either with CCMAR as a coordinator or partner.
The CCMAR PI must designate a co-PI or a team member as a backup for exceptional circumstances, even if not required by the call.
Please indicate any planned use of consulting services in the budget for evaluation. This is not a preferred route as its generalisation could lead to institutional financial collapse.

Individual applications

For this type of application, CCMAR will not require pre-approval; instead, registration of the application is sufficient.

If institutional approval is required (usually after the applicants' individual submission), please submit the form at least 10 working days before the institutional deadline.
