During 2010 to 2014 years I began to participate in academic research. In this period I mainly worked on marine ecology of community structure of macrozoobenthos in intertidal zone. In addition, I participated in several items that reproductive biology research of gecko and ophidian.
During 2014 to 2018 years I mainly worked on razor clam (Sinonovacula constricta) in lab of professor Li. There have four parts which are consisted in my work. Part one is my thesis which research in the innate immune of complement system (complement C3 and B factor) in razor clam. Part two, I achieved primary cells (hemolymph, liver and mantle) and tissues (heart, liver and mantle) culture of razor clam. Part three, I achieved artificial breeding of razor clam in lab, it can help us conveniently acquire experiment material. Part four, inland salinity water and freshwater were used to raise razor clam. The purpose of this part is to explore the possibility of inland of China farming razor clam.
During 2018 to 2022 years I mainly worked on neuro, immune system, and shell formation of Mytilus galloprovincalis in lab of CEM of CCMAR.
PCR, QRT-PCR, construction of the recombinant plasmid, WB (western blot), IP (immunoprecipitation), co-IP (co-immunoprecipitation), protein expression, protein purification, overexpression, gene silencing by SiRNA, laser confocal, phagocytosis, chemotaxis, hemolysis, cell culture, artificial breeding juvenile of razor clam in lab and breeding algae.
