MODEL-EDC 2nd edition

Quinta, 8 Setembro, 2022

Formato

The EuroMarine-funded foresight workshop MODEL-EDC (2nd edition) will review the current state of the art in terms of endocrine-disrupting chemicals (EDC) threats, models and limitations.

It will bring together experts from different fields of eco-toxicology, endocrine-disruption and modelling to discuss current assays for evaluating and predicting the environmental risks of EDC pollutants, how useful they are for monitoring marine systems, current challenges and future directions.

This is the 2nd edition of the MODEL-EDC organized online by CCMAR in November 2021, and will now take place in Faro as a satellite workshop of the  30th CECE & 9th ISFE Conference.

FREE ATTENDANCE (for CECE-ISFE participants or participants only of the workshop), sponsored by Euromarine.

We accepted registrations to up to 90 participants on a basis of first-come, first-served (with 40 seats reserved for students and early-career scientists).
NOTE: We have now finished the normal period to accept registrations (updated on the 29th August 2022).
If you still desire to attend the workshop on the morning of the 8th September, you can directly contact the main organizer Patricia Pinto by email (ppinto@ualg.pt) to ask if that is still possible. Thank you for your interest”
