GUIDELINES FOR REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

Please proceed with registration using the registration form, following the guidelines therein and summarized below:

DINNER IS PAID UPON REGISTRATION WITH THE CONFERENCE FEE. More information about the venue and prices will be available soon

PAYMENT *(more information soon)

All payments must be done by bank transfer to the Congress Secretariat. Upon completing the registration form you will receive an acknowledgement email with the information entered, registration type, registration ID (AIEC2019##) and payment indications. Please follow the instructions and use the bank account indicated in the email.

 

The payment reference of the money transfer should be your registration ID (AIEC2019##) and remember to send a copy of the transfer statement by email to expedienteccmar@ualg.pt including your registration ID in the subject. Participants name should be clearly legible otherwise the payment cannot be identified.

All payments made by bank transfer have to be net of all bank charges. CCMAR will not cover any bank transfer expenses.

 

Upon receipt of the registration and the corresponding payment, the Congress Secretariat will send a confirmation to the participant which also serves as an invoice. Please present this confirmation of registration at the congress counter when picking up your congress material.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY, TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In case of cancellation, please notify the Congress Secretariat in writing only at aiec2019@ualg.pt. A full refund (minus an administrative charge of 50€) will be given for cancellations received by 31st August 2019. After this date no refunds will be given. Refunds will be processed after the Congress. Please send your exact bank details with the written cancellation.All bank fees related to the refunds are to be paid by the participant.

The organisation reserves the right to change or cancel the event at anytime. If the event is cancelled all registration fees will be refunded.
